Communication from the company to let me know the name of the caregiver who is coming to perform services, whether or not a caregiver has canceled and they're sending another in place of that caregiver, or any communication for that matter is non-existent.

A caregiver is only paid for two hours when one drives an extended distance and the client cancels without a 24 hour notice. Other agencies will compensate for the full shift whether you work it or not.

Caregivers are not asked about their preferences for clients or shifts but just rather assigned despite it's inconvenience.
