The management company will charge you ridiculous fees even if you clean your apt spotless when you leave. The complex is centered around a retention pond with broken glass in it and in the rainy season it fills up ,the mosquitos are horrible. The pool if you can call it that(more like an oversized bathtub), is closed alot of the time. The management might as well have wore ski masks and guns to complete the scene, cause I'll tell ya I got ROBBED.
