My husband and I had to short sale our house and Keystone Title was very helpful in making the situation less stressful. Lori kept me well informed every step of the way and worked diligently with the mortgage company to ensure there was nothing left undone that could cause a problem down the road. Very professional and helpful

I agree Terrible agency not to be trusted!-This agency Lucy closed a transaction without bank permission and the buyer came after me for not having the keys. I was there to close at the prescribed time and he was gone. Lucy said she didn't need permission from anyone-it is not true. It has to be cleared and she sat the timeline and then did not follow them. A week later she dropped the ball two days before closing on another client. Unfortunately I sometimes have to deal with them but I always ask the agent to change if it is Keystone and I DO NOT take any of my closings to them.

Beware this title company d I es not alert you to unpaid utilities. The paragraph on the 7th page 2/3 of the way down the page says the buyer is responsible for due diligence. Funny I thought that was what a title company was for. Beware read the whole umpteen Gillian pages because the devil is truly in the details.
