Brought my PV vintage lamp here for repair. It was done timely and for a reasonable price. Had trouble stringing my banjo and messed the whole thing up. Over the phone the owner told me to bring the banjo in and he would help me out. It’s a friendly place and besides I prefer mom and pop over the chain stores.

Very first visit and the owner greeted with a very nice hello with a smile. Would definitely return.

I've known Bill since 2000.he's a great guy always greets w a smile and makes you feel welcomed. Unlike other stores in the area..great prices and has always gone out of his way to help.Don't waste your time w other local stores Bill has the right prices ..attitude and he actually gives a damn about his customers.plus he's very knowledgeable. Hope he stays around for a long time.

Bill Farrel is so helpful. He has repaired many instruments for me. I've taken lessons at the store. I've also purchased guitars, PA equipment and accessories. He's honest and fair. He has sent studio customers my way and been a real friend.
