Provided by YP.comContacting a live person at PAWS is a little difficult, & wait time at appointment is somewhat lengthy; however, all considered, they are "better than many". I have four cats & will use PAWS regularly for any Vet needs.

Provided by YP.comRight now its disappointing because I can't talk to a person, we have played phone tag all day, I just want to get my male cat neutered. it shouldn't be so hard to speak to someone

Provided by YP.comVery affordable for dog health care. A caring staff for your animals. With two dogs and living on a budget this is a great place for medications, vaccinations, as well as dog tags for Pasco County.

Provided by YP.comA few years ago I went to the website and found all the info that i needed to call and schedule my dogs appointment. I called left a message and they called me back within a couple of days. It was really easy, I took my male dachshund in and they kept him all day until I got off from work. The staff was very nice and pleasent. They took very good care of my dog and I will use them again for my new little girls. I highly recommend them.

Provided by YP.comAccording to their service provided and website hours are: M-T: 830-5:00; Friday 7-3; walk-ins: 8:30-1:30
So after hauling 2 dogs in a car and driving 30 minutes as a walk-in I get there and the girl at the counter says “oh, that for shots”. Really? Not anywhere does it say that. Just says “walk-ins”. I suggested that maybe someone should include/specify that on their website so people are aware before hauling their pets. I was told and I quote quite nastily “we don’t take care of the website!” Again, maybe someone should. So, ok, so while there I proceeded to make an appointment. I was then told to go home and call to make an appointment like everyone else. Wouldn’t even allow me to make an appointments in person – while I was there? The ONLY reason I took my dogs there was to be spayed and neutered at a reasonable cost - like we all should and do in this economy, but I just called my vet and will spend the $450 to take care of our male dog because apparently you get what you pay for at PAWS. If they treat people like that – can only imagine how they treat pets. NEVER have a seen such a useless staff – and I am NOT done voicing this.
