THEY SHOULD NOT GET EVEN 1 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!. They don’t deserve the business. Not only are they obviously unprofessional and incredibly rude, they don’t care one bit about the animals they are supposed to be helping. I was turned away after making an appointment on Monday, showing up Thursday on time with my 2 dogs which were to be spayed and neutered. As soon as I entered I was told I had been cancelled!! Apparently if you question any of their practices and have asked for an explanation concerning said practices they ban you from ever coming back. They threatened to call the police if I did not leave immediately. I had to bring my dogs to work with me and they were stuck in crates for 10 hours with only a few potty breaks. These idiots don’t deserve to run an animal hospital.

According to their service provided and website hours are: M-T: 830-5:00; Friday 7-3; walk-ins: 8:30-1:30

So after hauling 2 dogs in a car and driving 30 minutes as a walk-in I get there and the girl at the counter says “oh, that for shots”. Really? Not anywhere does it say that. Just says “walk-ins”. I suggested that maybe someone should include/specify that on their website so people are aware before hauling their pets. I was told and I quote quite nastily “we don’t take care of the website!” Again, maybe someone should. So, ok, so while there I proceeded to make an appointment. I was then told to go home and call to make an appointment like everyone else. Wouldn’t even allow me to make an appointments in person – while I was there? The ONLY reason I took my dogs there was to be spayed and neutered at a reasonable cost - like we all should and do in this economy, but I just called my vet and will spend the $450 to take care of our male dog because apparently you get what you pay for at PAWS. If they treat people like that – can only imagine how they treat pets. NEVER have a seen such a useless staff – and I am NOT done voicing this.

The only reason I gave 1 star is they providing a good service to PETS

I love this place! There is one incredibly rude receptionist (who needs to NOT) be working with the public. Dr. Cires is The Bomb. Buttons, my 16 year old bishon was so sick and I was sure she was going to not make it until Christmas. She is eating and bouncing around. Craig and Kasey are also wonderful and the quality of life for my dog's last days was raised exponentially because of them. I can't give them enough stars...so, if you get that rude lady, complain about it, but please don't pass up these amazing people and this phenomenal doctor because of one not nice person.

Very kind people. I adopted a Malamute from a couple moving to a small apartment in Chicago, a few weeks later took him to paws for a wellness check and shots, The woman recognized him I was able to pull his history and save him the pain of more shots:-) (his previous owners happened to work there) THEN a while back we rescued a kitty from the woods at my husband's work. Last month we had him neutered there. What a great experience. This big boy was not thrilled and hates cages so he was rough on them, but they were all kind, he did great, healed great, and even though he went cat Cujo on them, they were really sweet. I would recommend them to anyone, their shot clinic is so convenient too. Prices are very good, especially for when we were a starting family, but the service and kindness keeps us coming back.
