Gerald, our technician was amazingly thorough knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in terms that we could understand. We greatly appreciate maintenance and are enjoying our second year as Penguin club members! I greatly appreciated Geralds courtesy call to notify us that he was on way and his prompt arrival therefore! We would highly recommend Progressive Air! Thanks for an amazing personality Gerald!

Progressive air installed a new air unit for me, I an 100% happy with everything, they did everything they said they would do. everyone was very nice and professional. I most deffenitly recommend them to my friends and family.

Never ever do business with these fools. The other reviews must been fake. Have service contract. Their technician destroyed my carrier air condition. Shut it down and did not know how the restart it. Cost me 100's and they will not pay. they will not even refund my money for the service contract I will not be using.

From the very first contact on the phone to the last inspection we found the entire staff to be very courteous and knowledgable. When you have to make such a major purchase it is very nice to have a staff that is willing to explain the entire process. Any one that lives in FL. knows that A/C in the summer months is a must!!! So when ours stopped working in July - we had a major problem. We called Progressive Air! Progressive Air is always prompt and efficient with my air condition problems. They have done everything from putting a new system in to repair calls during the hottest time of the year! I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of air conditioner work!
