Provided by YP.comI had my car towed to Bj's on the 28th of June, because it would not start. I picked my car up on the 24th of Aug., four days shy of two months. Four and a half hours of labor, parts and a $900.00 bill for a car that performance is worst now than before they worked on it. I took receipt of a car that is leaking transmission fluid, front brakes grabbing, and still will not start up. Thanks Bj's, you just made a bad situation worst!!! Very disappointed, worst experience ever.

Provided by YP.com300 miles from home and had a wheel noise on my f350. The guys squeezed me in, checked it over and found that I must have had trash stuck in the brake section. Checked it out, put me back on the road..with confidence. And didn't charge me anything! Great customer service to an out of towner. Thumbs up guys.

Provided by YP.comWe recently had our oil changed and asked them to check tire inflation, fluid levels, etc. Tires were not inflated, fluids remained the same, and they left a rag on top of the engine. Can you imagine the damage this would have caused had I not seen it and removed it? I do not recommend this business and will not be back.

Provided by YPmobileDrove my custom axle 4x4 to Mexico Beach and had a bearing go out. BJ loaned me tools and pressed my bearings in. Only charged me $15.00. I will look him up when I am in town.

Provided by YP.comI have used them twice. First time by necessity, wife had flat tire. They fixed it immediately at normal price even though it happened as they were closing. Called her the next day to let her know she dropped her credit card and they had it.
Next time they diagnosed and gave an estimate for replacing a bad speed senso on a Kia Sorento. When I picked it up they charged *less* than the estimate by $30 and said they thought the book time Kia estimated for the repair was too high, it did not take them that long. so reduced the labor charge.
While I was waiting they fixed a vacationing familys motor home. The customer thought he needed a new starter, but it turned out to be a bad wire at the starter switch. The estimated charge went from "maybe $250?" to $30.
They are very honest and competent. If you just drive up, be prepared to wait, they spend most of the time in the shop, and office work is not their strong point. Phones do get answered, so call.

Provided by YP.comI do not recomend anyone going to Bj's Auto Repair. I took my wheel bearing to be replaced. I even bought my own bearings. All I needed was for the new bearings to be pressed into the wheel hub. I waited 5min just to talk to someone about doing this. After asking if they were able to press the bearings no one would give me a price. The guy behide the desk was on the phone the whole time I was there. At one point he just walked away and never came back. I came back later that day to see if my bearings had been pressed, they hadent. I know that pressing bearings does not take that long. I would I have done it myselt but I dont have a press. I went back the next day to pick up my hubs and to pay my bill. They over charched me for 1.5 hours of labor. That is just crazy!! It should not have taken that long. I have bearings pressed into four different wheel hubs that only cost me $30 so why did BJ's charge me $129.06!!???
