Have taken our dog there several times and they have always been accommodating on times. Initially was not clear on what we wanted for grooming but, since then our dog has been groomed to meet our expectations... I call that moving to a new area and communicating with the service provider... been great since.

i wouldn't recommend anyone to take their pets there when i gent to pick my dog up she had been shaved as if she was a poodle also she not acting her usual self as if the had been.... every time I walk towards her she runs under the table or the bed

Totally not happy with my service. My poor baby was blinking his eye when I picked him up. Thought he just got a loose hair in his eye. Next day ended up at the vet. He had an ulcer that the vet said probably came from soap in his eye. 2 medicines later and $120 bill we get sent home. Ended up back at a different vet and found out he was actually poked in the eye because it was too deep to have been soap (3 layers of his eye) another $110 vet bill, plus $79 follow up visit and still isn't healed. Another vet appointment for flow up needed. So far a$30 groom cost me over $300 so far. Will be looking for a new groomer and a new vet!!!! So irritated
