Paradise Vacation Rentals - SHOULD BE CALLED: Ghetto Vacations Of the Cape!



Horrible Management / Welcome to the Ghetto on the Cape!



I rented a vacation home from Paradise Vacation Rentals, LLC for July 23rd to July 30th. When my family arrived, the first thing we noticed was the place was just completely filthy. The refrigerator had a bad odor. Upon investigation, there was a slimy yellow liquid in the bottom in the bens. The kitchen table and counters were sticky and sand covered. The dishes were dirty and placed back in the cabinets. The silverware ben was full of crumbs, bits of dog food and dead bugs. The seat cushions on the chairs around the table were the most disgusting things in the unit! (Covered in crumbs, spilled milk, hairs and other unidentified foods). They had not been clean in who knows how long. Throughout the unit sand on every surface, candy wrappers, crumbs, frozen Popsicle plastic wraps were all under and right around the couch and chairs in the main living area. The coffee pot was not cleaned and had an inch of coffee in the pot. Yuck! Also, The unit does NOT have some of the major attributes advertised on the Paradise Coast rental site. The web site advertised that this unit had a stereo, a boardwalk with steps to the beach and a gazebo. There is no gazebo! There is no boardwalk with steps to the beach! The only way to the beach was to use the adjacent units boardwalk. We had to hop over other units railings to get to the beach. I called the office of Paradise rental and left a message the night we arrived about the unit being dirty, about the unit not having a boardwalk, gazebo and no steps to the beach as listed on the web site and that we had no access to the beach. After, repeated calls, Elayne finally left a message on my cell phone 4 days later. It was one of the rudest, full of lies message I ever heard. She said there was nothing they could do to help. Useless! We had to clean the unit from top to bottom ourselves! Not a fun way to start off the vacation. The worst motel 6 would put this property managed by Paradise to shame! BEWARE! AVOID! RUN!
