We contracted the company to put up our fence in 11/2014 We spent over $4000. We contacted the company last week to tell them how a section of the wood fence is warping. They asked me to send in pic. I did. Then they stated they would send Derrick out. He came out and saw that it was the posts they installed that warped the fence. In my opinion its disappointing that they do not stand by their work. I did not supply the post they purchased from Lowes' . But I am the one who will be hiring someone else to have the fence repaired . If they had explained to me that they do not stand by the product and installation I wouldn't have chosen them to install my fence. This is to let you know that if you are planning to have a wood fence installed. Ask what are their warranty on the fence if the posts and fence warps in less than 3 yrs. Just a FYI for those looking to have a wood fence installed. Hire a company who professionalism matches their higher prices.They offered me nothing but they are sorry and nothing the GM can do. No one is more sorry than I am . 27 month later I have a section of my fence that is warped and need repairing. The very least the owner could have offered is to repair at a fair price. It is not my fault that he bought shoddy posts from Lowes and installed them on my property. FYI if you use them get it in writing what will they do to remedy your problem if they install bad material and it last less than 3 years.

My husband and I purchased a PVC privacy fence from A Great Fence. We absolutely love the fence and the entire process from start to finish was effortless and smooth.

A Great Fence was excellant. We have a property we rent out and our fence was damaged during the recent storm. Our tenants have two dogs. We contacted them and they were there the next day to give us an estimate. Service does not get any better than that. We will call them for any future repairs or replacements we may need.

A great fence did a wonderful job from start to finish. They beat everyones pricing and had great communication with me from start to finish. I'm excited to have such a wonderful local company do my fence. I will be calling and referring them to all friends and family!

We paid nearly $4,000 for a white pic fence. From day 1 we had problems (busted water lines, cut Direct TV cable, etc.) immediately after nightmare install job we were having issue with the gates and latches. We made several attempts with documented pictures and emails, phone calls, etc to have these issues resolved. After no call, no shows and being lied to and being told they are too busy, etc they send someone to put putty in holes and put a few screws in. UNACCEPTABLE I have voiced my concern to the owner , Darrick about having young children, dogs, etc..they could care less they just want your money. I have turned into the Better Business Bureau, WPTV Consumer Watchdog and meeting with our attorney tomorrow to take action and I recommend anyone else who has had bad dealings with these crooks to do the same. This review isn't even half of the lies, emails, miscommunication, no call no show, etc the we have had to deal with not to mention the unexperienced people they send to your house for install.

We had a white pvc fence installed, the price was right and the installers were incredible, knowledgable and very friendly. With 270 ft of fencing, they were done in just 2 days. The only reason why I'm rating this company with 3 stars is because their customer service is absolutely terrible. It's not fair to the installers or our salesman, as I would rate them a 5, but the people in the office don't even deserve 1 star. I do have to say though that Darrick was our salesman and he was great, we give him and the installers 5 stars.

I needed a wood privacy fence put up fast for a rental property I have in Port Saint Lucie Florida. Darrick came out quoted a great price beating my last quote by $100. I signed on the spot. Three weeks later I had a new wood fence installed and a happy tenant moved in. Thanks A Great Fence!

They are sarting to use bad business to advertise , like on googel the say Port Saint Lucie. there is a Port st. lucie' in Port st. Lucie. with the phone number as772-340-1045.............Do not be miss lead...........Further action may be taken. if they do not change their listing the can say a fence company in port st. lucie. But by LAW they can not advertise as PORT ST. LUCIE FENCE !!!!!!!!!! ANY WHERE this must change asap. to any one or the owner, you can contact Pete at 772-626-9733 the true owner of PORT SAINT LUCIE FENCE> This is bad business practice for A Great Fence if they are about this put nothing past them to miss lead YOU.......Port st.lucie advertises with YP............again this may be a over site by the company but is must change asap..........IF no action is taken soon by the company. some one will !!!!!! ect.

A great fence just completed a beautiful pvc fence for my home in tradition. It turned out perfect and ahead of schedule. Very easy company to work with as well as professional.

I noticed that you don't have any good or bad reviews. However, I know for a fact that you are puttiing out bad reviews on all your competition. Bad business guys, shame on you. I realize that times are tough, but if you want to build a "Good" reputation then concentrate on building a good fence.

This company is simply great. They are on time, do great work, lots of references, have the guarenteed best price, and there work will far surpass your every need. I called to ask a question and the woman they have answering the phone was very short with me and extremely unhelpful. Unfortunatley, I can't comment on the quality of work because my dealings with them stopped after I was treated poorly by her. I suggest that they hire someone with people skills to answer the phones. I would imagine that she has blown many deals for them.

Honestly I wouldn't even know where to start. They did such a great job from start to finish I could write a 3 page letter and not get in all of the great things they did. I think the most important things they did were deliver eveything they promised from great materials, fast service, professional non-subcontracted crews, to the guaranteed lowest price. A great fence just completed my grandparent’s fence they were extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions. They also completed the fence a few days early, which is always a plus. Both the gentleman who gave us our estimate and the men who came to install the fence were pleasant, prompt, and easy to deal with.
