I have to say a very nice company - called us back, gave us many options for service, they have a free Quote/inspections unlike others that bill you just to show up.
We are in the process of buying an AC until and i will say from having a company already here that billed us $75 to just show up and $60lb for freon without checking anything or even willing to pull open the air handler it is refreshing to know there are good service companies still out there.
We will use them asap - and i'm glad i found them!

Saturday morning call. Tech showed up within a few hours. Very professional, fair and honest. My equipment is very old. Never once suggested we replace it. House is cool and comfortable!

Came home to a very hot house at 1:30. Called Air Temp and now I'm sitting in comfortable A/C by 3:00 same day. Great service, good prices, wonderful customer service! Thank you!

I am extremely happy with the service. Tech guy was on time and he didn't even charge me to explain the problem. He told me how to fix it myself, it was a thermostat issue. Last year I paid 90$ with advantage air for them to tell me to turn the switch on. Can you believe it?? I love air temp and will go with them from now on.

I will admit the people that came were kind and courteous which is the only reason they didn't get lower stars. I was given a 2 hour window so I left work early to make it there at 230 for my 2-4 time window. They call me at 340 to tell me they are running behind 30-45 mins. So at 505 I call them and ask them wth??? They said it would be another 30 mins.... So at 6 I finally get the call that they are on there way and it would be about 15 mins. Mind you I got off work at 5 oclock normally and I will now have to make up those hours that I missed on another day. And also mind you I had told them that I have a newborn baby in the house and this was important that I get it done ASAP. I had to get someone to pick up my children and sit in this hot house (88 degrees and rising) with a 3 month old and a 5 year old... (And for the record I called them for service at 8am). I am completely disappointed. and I will NOT be using them again.

Their service tech was very courteous and clean. He did a great job and was there on time and at a great price.
