we deposit a wedding package from a beautiful day florist in dec 2017 ,100% paid , and Sep 2018 we want cancel the wedding which we just start to prepare . we sent many emails and make phones , voicemail there are no reply even one short message . they directly cancelled our wedding without a even phone call to last communication and tell consumer what we going to lose if did cancel . and not willing refund us the money . they took us all the fully pay and no any cost on them .
that service make us feel very terrible , when they take money in everything is so nice , but when you ask for money back , they show different face . even hardly can reach them .
please reference this note , it just happened on us .

I live in Alabama,, MOM lives in Florida I called this shop due to the high prices of delivery of other online shops and the girl that answered the phone went out of her way to get what I wanted for MOM,,, very friendly, polite,, it was a smooth phase and SAVING MONEY at the same time,,,,, you won't be dissappointed,,,,, excellent,,, will use from now on,,,,,,,,

Don't order from them!! Poor product: brown leaves and wilted flowers. So disappointed. They do not stand behind their products :(

When I called to place the ord...

When I called to place the order the day before Valentine's Day the lady who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. However when I called around 3:30pm on Valentine's Day the person who answered was very rude and stated that they had over 200 orders out for delivery & everything would be delivered. When I called again at 5:30pm I was told that all orders were out for delivery, I was put on hold to check the specific status of my order & then I was told that my order was "about" to go out for delivery. I called again at 7:30pm and got an after hours recording. At 9:20pm my daughter called to tell me that the 3 orders to the same address had finally been delivered. Wow what a great Valentine's Day gift that was - I will never do business with this company again.

If you want the best for a great price...

I've had experiences with florists over internet and phone, etc. No where ever have i been to a place you feel at home and talking to friend who knows just what you are looking for just with a brief discription that probably didnt even make sense lol. My family has used A Beautifyl Day Florist just briefly, due to just moved to the neighborhood. We have used this florist 3 times. 1 walk in, 1 asap delivery that very afternoon, and 1 in advance. All three occasions were accomadating and beyond expectation. Especially the asap delivery for that very afternoon.



That day we needed yellow roses, 1 dozen, delivered. However, they only had 1/2 dozen, they encorporated as much yellow into the buquet and had 6 ivory roses that made the buquet even more exquisit. We couldnt have been more happier!!!! This place is a jem! The #1 place i have been recomondating to all those i come accross!

My son had flowers sent for my birthday, they were the nicest, freshest, most beautiful, and creative flowers that I have ever received! I've never written a review, but the exceptional all around job they did deserves it! I highly recommend them!

I booked this florist 8 months prior to my wedding and emailed her photos of my dream bouquet and flowers. She took it upon herself to make her own interpretation of my bouquet, the flowers were not ready when I went to pick them up, and they were very poorly constructed. I had to tear them all apart and redo the bouquets 20 minutes prior to my wedding. I paid $400.00 for 4 corsages and 7 bouquets and she only refunded $120.00 for poor quality. She advised me she was not going to argue with me and that she had 25 years of experience. This is the arrogance that prompted her to use her own interpretation of my wants. Please choose another florist if you have a big event. I was very clear about my wishes and she still ignored them and then dismissed me for being frustrated.
