This is a great facility, the service is very good. The staff is friendly and attentive. Wharton is simply great. She takes the time to explain any concerns you make have and always with her signature smile. Really good experience going in for a visit. Just visit to experience this great atmosphere.

Customer service needs improvement, too many visits to get my vision corrected, I had to call on one or two occasions questioning if my contacts have come in, finally on the fifth visit having finally got it right, I get asked for the balance on my account which I already had paid over a month ago, which they had no record off due to poor bookkeeping, luckily I thought of pulling up my credit card statement on my phone indicating when I made the payment, after she looked at it she still insisted that she had no record of it, but her answer was that "she will straighten it out" that really left a bad taste in my mind about this business. Never even apologized to me about the confusion.
I could go on in detail about my experience but there was not enough room in the comment section for me to explain in detail.
My experience started out OK, sadly it ended terrible.

I have been going to Dr. Warburton for many years. She is a great doctor and all of her staff are polite, helpful and great as well. Many years back I had gone to a new eye doctor because I was unable to find Dr. Warburton because she had relocated. My experience with the new doctor was so bad my husband spent hours on-line and on the phone looking for her. Finally we were able to find her and have been coming to Envision Eye Care ever since. At my last visit I order a new set of glasses. It was a Saturday and was told it would take 7-10 days for my order, but they would not being going out until Monday. To my surprise I received a call yesterday that my glasses where ready for pick up. It had only been 6 days! Yay. I think their service is great and fast and have no complains at all about this company. I wish all doctors offices ran this way! I would NEVER see another doctor again and have to admit I would follow Dr. Warburton any where if she were to leave.

Terrible customer service. Everything they do takes WAY longer than they estimate. I have seen them talk down to the elderly when an issue arose that was THEIR fault entirely. And when my 7 year old lost his glasses and the lens's had to be ordered, it took them 2 WEEKS to make him another pair of glasses. When I explained that he still has to go to school everyday even though he can hardly see, they only seemed to be annoyed by my complaints.



I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER make another transaction with this company again. Never.



UPDATE (3 days later): I got my son's glasses today. Along with a letter stating that "Continuation of the doctor-patient relationship is no longer in the best interest of this office". They also gave me all the records for myself & all of my children and said that they can't work with me anymore due to comments I made about their office on the internet. It's amazing that this company is still in business.

Excellent Professional Establishment

When first walking through the door of Envision Eye Care PSL FL. You can feel the friendly but professional atmosphere, of Dr Brandi Warburton & her Staff.They make you feel like family,the office is clean & nicely decorated, but not to modern. If they can accommodate you they will ,they will never intentionally turn anyone away.They always seem to make time for everyone if it is humanly possible, & I have actually seen them go above & beyond what you would expect from other Optical places,that not only make you wait days just to get an appointment and then make you wait hours at your appointment. And unless you have a complicated prescription, I found the turn around time to get you glasses/contacts back was great . I would highly recommend Envision Eye Care & Dr Brandi Warburton.



And as a added bonus they are right next to I hop St Lucie West

Poor Service

My wife and I had our glasses made, and when we received my glasses my vision was not correct, an appointment was made with Kim for friday. I arrived friday, and Kim ask what I need? I said I have an appointment. Kim states we don't make appointments on friday. I called my wife, and she spoke with Kim. Kim states yes she did say to come in friday, but did not put my name down, and the Dr. went home early because she lost her voice. I asked why no one was called to cancel the appointment? Kim states she did not have my phone number. I had my glasses made there with insurance information home address, and phone number. I would states this is poor customer service. If I ever get my glasses repaired I will no longer use this office for my eye care nor will I recommend Envision eyecare to friends or family.
