Has been with the agency for almost 4 years and very well satisfied. We are treated with respect and very professional.
All patients are treated with dignity and well cared with our experienced aides assigned. Their employment history is verified and we chose the highly experienced to join our team.
Patients and family members who are verbally abusing our caregivers are not acceptable by the agency. We called the attention of patients and family members and explained to them the complained of the caregivers. We have a progress notes completely done by them after the service and submitted to the agency. It is a written report of everyday service and what is happening inside the patient home and how they were treated.
