Went to this place twice with the same guy working there, both times the guy just gave a subtle greeting. Then when I am looking around he doesn't ask any questions. I then have to start to ask him questions and some of the questions he can't even answer. He quote on quote said " I'm new here I don't know." Overall just a bad employee and is really killing the store because of him I will never shop there again.

Bought E Nail here for 344$. They sold it to me in a brown cardboard aerosols box. I get home to use the nail. I have no power chord.
They forgot the power chord to the e nail. I live an hour and a half away from the shop. I called the shop 10 mins before closing to tell them they forgot and got no answer. I figured I could get a chord online and ship it. So I found the model e nail it was on alibaba.com for 70$. I had to drive another 3 hours trip to get the power chord but at this point I was looking at $60 in gas to own an alibaba 490% marked up enail. So at this point I was having a bad consumer experience and just wanted to get a refund. You guessed it right. No refunds or exchanges. After I told them I how I felt ripped off they offered me 100$ gift certificate for my gas but would not refund my money for an Ali baba e nail they sold me in a cardboard box and forgot the chord. Whatever you do do not spend your money with these people they are ridiculous and unreasonable.
