i ordered from them today i ordered a Stromboli and asked for no vegis only meat and cheese and it arrived with vegis in it so when it got here me and my son ended up picking all the crap out of it we have decided to go back to big apple pizza i did not waste my time calling back i am to disappointed in the service i threw the rest away all we saved was the garlic knots i spent almost 18.00 and gave a small tip for coming out to my house on super bowl sunday i will not use them again

This place is horrible. Worst service I've ever delt with. One of the subs I ordered was wrong (after waiting an hour), called immediately and was given severe attitude but they said they'd hurry and get me the right sub. Another hour later THE EXACT SAME WRONG SUB SHOWS UP!! Come to find out talking to the girl on the phone (while standing in the rain) it was because the girl who took my order wasn't listening when I was ordering (she was continually taking to someone in the background) so instead of bacon on my sub it was covered in pickles. This is not the first time we've had issues with this place. The last time they were completely nasty to my brother and actually yelled at him. This place has gotten enough of our money. Do not give them yours!

I ordered a meatball parmesan hero as we say in Brooklyn. I had it delivered first lets just say the delivery guy looked and smelt real bad. Then I open up my sandwich and it was nothing but bread. I called and spoke with the girl who answers the phone. Her response to me is ya its only 2 meatballs. I said well if the meatballs were large I could maybe understand but these meatballs are tiny. what a waste of money and waste of time I will never order from them again, and my opinion to whom ever is reading this never to order from them either. Save your money
