A professional watch maker asks about your watch usage when changing a battery. LSO did not. I have learned this expensive lesson by having LSO change a battery in my Luminox. I had swam with this watch a hundred times. After LSO touched it It filled with water and required an $80 movement to work again. Thanks to a much more professional Watch and Jewelry Hospital.

I was totally impressed with Larissa and the staff at LSO Jewelers. Brought a chain in for repair and not only quick service but it looked brand new. Really down to earth and knowledgeable. Natalia and Joyce were a pleasure to work with. Great prices! Can't wait to visit again soon.

Stan swore he pays the most for gold in St Lucie County, he only pays under %40 which you can at least %60 anywhere else. Not only was he very rude to me in front of other customers, he called me a liar and belittled me because I told him his prices were very low on gold. Once I walked out of the store, he then continued to talk about me to the customers in there! I will never go back there for anything! I've never been so disrespected by anyone before. I don't suggest anyone to go there unless you want the least amount of money for your gold and to be unsatisfied!

Went by to get some links taken out of a new watch. Great service and very friendly staff. I took the time to have a look around with my wife, they have some great items at amazing prices. Well worth a visit.

I went in because I was recommended to for a battery change in one of my watches. It was only ONE DOLLAR! I was treated very kindly, from the minute I walked in. I had three rings worked on. And all of them came out just stunning,! And the price was right! I even bought a ring while I was in there; The jeweler has a beautiful selection of rings. I would definitely go to this jeweler again!!!
