My grandma purchased a Mother's Day bouquet for my mom. It was the day before and we knew they would be busy. So when my mom said she didn't receive the bouquet, we assumed it would be delivered later/refunded.

My grandma didn't know her card charged the $80+ until she received her statement a week and a half later. I'll admit negligence for not following up on this sooner with the company.

The issue isn't with the missed delivery. It's with the absolutely disrespectful and aggressive customer service we received from the owner.

When I called, they did offer to send an upgraded bouquet. However, we just wanted the money credited back to my grandma's account.

The owner said that they had a slip of paper from the driver saying that it was delivered and set on the porch. We explained my grandmother's situation and told him the flowers were simply not received. He said that they had 350 deliveries that day and it was possible "they delivered it to the wrong house."

What I don't understand is how, when the owner himself states that there is reasonable doubt that the driver may have delivered to the wrong house, that's somehow our fault. He told us that he was willing to drive to our house to see if the porch matches the description of the porch the driver wrote about. I do not want this man anywhere near my house. I am uncomfortable that he has my address.

He called us liars and said we were, "trying to hurt him financially." How we could hurt him financially in the slew of orders that day is beyond me.

He spent the majority of this phone call talking over us, continually interrupting and essentially 'mansplaining' himself in circles before telling us that he did not need our business and hung up.

This situation could've easily been taken care of if the owner was understanding or had any interest in customer service. We would've accepted a bouquet with a proper explanation if things were handled with any ounce of respect for the customer.

Worst choice for my wedding flowers. I met with the owner, discussed the flowers I wanted, and I believe she went to walmart the day before my wedding and bought one of their ready made bouquets, half dead and with NONE of the flowers I requested. Avoid this flower shop all together.
