Unless you're used to eating at fast food restaurants or out of cans and frozen food - don't bother going to this dump! The pizza is disgusting; the place is filthy; you'll wait forever for your order and the service is the worst I've had in over 30 years at any restaurant. I'm a professional chef and give everyone a shot at having some issues but Poppa Louie's is just disgraceful! I didn't want to give it a single star but have to to make sure this is posted.

My husband I love this place! By far the best Italian place in town. Great servers,delicious food! Pizza is to die for, chicken parmigiana dinner is one of our favorites.

I've been here three times so this was not a one-shot experience. Hmm...where to start? Well...the shrimp dish that I ordered was overcooked and tasted burnt. The pasta dish (just plain spaghetti with red sauce) was overcooked and mushy. The pizza is so-so and on par with Domino's. Actually, Domino's is better. It's like the cook/chef doesn't really care about the food. Please, don't pre-boil the pasta. I'm willing to wait the extra time it takes to fix a dish properly. Disappointing at best.
