They never fix anything in a timely manner. Ac was broke for 3 months. Leak in ceiling for 2 months. Oh and the noisy neighbor above me who practices soccer at all times of the day and night.Sometimes so loud it shakes my apartment. Management will not do anything about this either. Also black spots coming up it kitchen that resembles mold but they the front office said it not? Lawns will go neglected as well. ALL OF MY COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN VOICED NUMEROUS TIMES

UNACCEPTABLE. The staff is unbelievably rude, even in front of prospective renters and will effect repairs- residents routinely go without AC/heat and hot water.



A relative of mine lives there with a child and cant get anything fixed for 10 days to two weeks for important things. Been waiting months for dishwasher and garbage disposal to be repaired.



I went in there to talk to them and although they had no clue who I was, the female manager was so rude to a resident that it bordered on hateful. She cut him off while he was talking, rolled her eyes and told him that she would fix it when she got around to it. Wonder how much worse she is without an audience?



Nothing could induce to rent here after that display of ugliness.

PEACOCK RUN IS A VERY NASTY PLACE TO LIVE....THEY DONT CLEAN THE COMPLEX AND THEY DONT CARE ABOU THE RESIDENTS...DRIVE AROUND THE BUILDING BEFORE U SIGN UR UR LIFE AWAY FOR A YEAR..AND THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ARE VERY RUDE
