I've had my hair cut twice at the salon and my experience both times has been Superior and my haircut was so perfect for my face and matched what I had told the stylist I wanted and showed her pictures also. To me that shows great talent being able to transfer a look in a haircut from a picture to an actual haircut. I'd recommend this Salon anytime to anyone.

Paid way too much, quoted price was $148 but it costed $205. Norma didn't listen to what my wife wanted, the cut or the color. We will never again use this salon, or Norma.

I'm a little upset why my friend BJ no longer works there, due to some nameless, gutless person hiding behind facebook. She's a Great Hairstylist, and is an asset to any business.

Salon Identity is an extremely professional place! Denise's knowledge about haircare is fantastic! Very accommodating and listens to what you want an need! Not only are they professional but a very friendly an fun place!! Would re commend to everyone! Also - location is so convenient at Tradition!!
