I received a gift certificate to Sanctuary Spa and used it today for an 80 minute massage.I was greeted and checked in and offered something to drink. I got myself some water and my masseuse, Heidi, came to get me. She did not ask if I had any areas for her to pay attention to, but I told her I had two areas to avoid due to past surgery. The massage was great! I enjoyed it and it was relaxing. After it was over i went out and she was doing laundry. She didn't see me or try to check in with me. I used the rest room and when I came out I saw her still doing laundry. I never had a chance to speak with her or her to me. I paid my bill to the receptionist who was busy chatting with a fellow employee and left. Not the kind of experience one expects at an expensive spa. I won't go back.

Very gentle, very professional, quite, setting. We were in the middle of a tropical storm, and it felt like there were no worries in the world once my husband and I walked into the spa. The massage therapists were licensed, gentle, and did not rush us at all. I wish I wasn't just on vacation, so I could make this my little "go to" spot. It was a first, and we appreciated every minute of it. I would highly recommend going. Don't let one bad review deter you. I'm glad I didn't go on what the bad review said. Honestly that's why I created this account, so I could give them a good review well earned. :)

The experience I've had with this salon was terrible! The ladies were very rude to me. I over heard one of the employees talking to one client about another who wants to hear about your gossip and drama while trying to relax? The receptionist told a young woman who came in with a baby that she could be in the salon with the baby; mind you the baby wasn't crying. To top it all off as I was waiting to pay for my service a woman was there arguing that the salon charged her gift certificate for a service she did not recieve because she supposedly missed the appointment and the cops were called. If that was the cases they should have tried to accommadate the customer especially if they wanna keep business. I mean things happen. I will NEVER return to this salon nor will I EVER recommend it.
