Provided by YP.comI purchased my home here about 10 years ago and it's the best thing that has ever happened to me in my wife! We struggled for how many years before deciding which part of Florida we wanted to spend her senior years.
The amenities and activities are second to none! Hope to see you soon! Jerry & Jill.

Provided by YP.comThis community literally created an Architectural Committee to prevent me from painting my place. When I asked to meet with the Committee, they refused. Ironically, the signs in and out of this retirement community gloat about how everyone Loves this place. Who does that ? Lol

Provided by YP.comI have family living in this community as of this year. My Daughter owns' a house here in Port St. Lucie. 819 Hamberland Ave. I would like to buy in this area. I'm dealing with indentity theft it happened just months before my retirement. So it's hard for me just trying to get a place of my own. So I thought I would try rent to own if the owner would except. This has been hard for me but I like my own space. My daughter wants me to live with her until I have enough money to pay cash, But its' not my place I really want my own space. I am very greatful to her for letting me stay in there home. I was always the one helping people so it's hard being on the other end these days. thank you for taking time to read my story.

Provided by YP.comNot impressed. Trying to purchase a home there. The owners have approved my offer and we are waiting to sign a contract. I have to be approved first to live there. I hand carried my application along with a letter of reference from my landlord of three years along with my bank statements. I had to give them $50 which is unrefundable. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days. When I phoned on the 4th day I was told it takes 5 to 10 days and the 10th day would be the latest. I phoned today which is the 10th day.......they still have no answer. This has caused a delay in signing the contract. I could not give my landlord a definite move date. I think I had better walk away I do not think this organization has any clue as to what they are doing. Today is day 12 still no word!
