I had a few phone interactions...

I had a few phone interactions with personnel prior to my surgery that had me concerned with the professionalism of the surgery center. I was so happily proven wrong! I can not express how nice, professional and friendly everyone was! From the front desk personnel, to the volunteers, nurses, doctors, they were all warm and caring. However, I must say that the male nurse anesthetist could work on his bedside manner; he came across very cold., aloof and almost intimidating with his unsmiling face. Sometimes, though, you can not change personality. He did his job, even is it wasn't with the same "wonderfulness" of the rest of the staff!



They appeared to have the facility running with precision. My procedure was on time and I was fully attended to at every moment with compassion and care.
