I recently went to the thrift store with my neighbor, and noticed the food pantry for families in need. We have been in very bad hardship for months and still awaiting fiodstamps

I recently bought a three piece entertainment center at the store. They had excellent delivery charges. But when they delivered the furniture, their lift on the truck was broke. It had one speed down in one second. It left marks on my driveway, one gentleman almost got seriously hurt by falling foreward thru the lift. I have tried for one and a half weeks to get the manager to come see the damage of two of the three pieces. I called the day after to tell them It was broke. He returned my call and said he would be over that day. It has been almost 2 weeks and he still has not come over to see the damages. He has been avoiding my calls and will not talk to me to straighten this out. He avoids me, and will not clear this up. And as to my knowledge, as of 10/8/09 the lift still has not been fixed.
