Go with hoskins turco lloyd & lloyd all the way. These people dont care about you at all. they just want your money. Protect your assests, PFFFT, not a chance.

If you want to do all the work yourself, be constantly called by his assistants more than debtors, be lied to about being protected by them and the bankruptcy court then go with them. My case wasn't even reviewed thoroughly, bankruptcy letters were sent to wrong debtors, wrong departments. Which led to garnishments, income taxes being siezed costing me over $6000 even though I was told by the bankruptcy court my income tax was waived. Edward Port said "do your taxes now you will be ok" without even reviewing my debtors. And then after a phone call from an assistant, we can fight it if you want to pay more. It was there fault to begin with.
