Five-star rating. I saw these fine gentlemen to change the setting on a ring based on the recommendation of a friend. Wow am I glad I went! They were my third jewelry store stop and the difference between them and the others was night and day. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable; in fact, they were far more knowledgeable than anyone else I had spoken to for the same project. These are not just employees at a box store in the mall; they are lifelong craftsmen with a clearly superior skill and mastery of their field. They sat with me and took time to go through my options and the prices as well as the pros and cons of each option I faced. Ultimately, they are doing a more comprehensive job than the other two quotes I had gotten AND they are doing it for less than half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. I didn’t go in for a watch, but they have an amazing selection of unique and rare watches which was impressive to peruse.
