I had my son's jeep towed here to have a starter installed. When it was time to pick the jeep up; the key had disappeared. Very trying experience. I have never heard of a key being lost and am sure it was a fluke.
Manager David Taylor and his team exceeded my expectations by trying several options to resolve this; eventually securing the services of a locksmith. Electronic keys and microchips present a very costly problem when missing.

Brought my truck in a couple weeks ago. only needed two tires and an alignment. The service was great. the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable he didn't try to up sell a bunch of work and no pressure to buy what I didn't want or need. I will go back when I need two more tires.

Bought new tires from them. Got home to find one of my hub caps missing. They refused to accept responsibility. Will never use ANY Tire Kingdom again.
