Provided by YP.comMy hold time was stated to be one hour thirty minutes to one hour forty-five minutes. Totally unacceptable. If this is the productivity then we all understand why the US Postal Service loses money every year.

Provided by YPmobileCompleted my post forwarding but after 1 month no post received at my new address. When queried was told I should have contacted earlier. I asked why and was told someone cancelled the request. That is absolutely not true so I asked who and when and was told they didn't know. Asked where our post was and there was no offer to check our post box and forward. Asked to speak to postmaster told he was in a meeting. USPS is simply unreliable.
