I'm disappointed when someone writes a review of a service that does not pertain to them and they have no idea what the circumstances were. A vehicle was brought to me that would not run. My tremendous lead technician diagnosed a bad ECM (computer) I advised the customer, gave a fair price and told it would be 2 days at most. the following day.. moments before I received the ECM the customer came in and advised me that the ECM was replaced not long ago in illinois. Additionally the customer had arranged to have a computer sent to me from the dodge dealer. the dealer promised to send an ECM at no charge by monday morning.I then returned the ECM i had ordered from an outside source. the factory ECM arrived arrived to me after lunch monday, i then had to have it flashed (reprogrammed to the vehicle) I tried my best to have it done mondsay afternoon but could not. i had the vehicle finished by 1pm on tuesday and the owner was very thankful and happy. I kept in touch with bruce the son in law of above complainer throughout the entire process and had they not insisted on me doing a cross country warranty claim (which was fully paid for by the auto facility in Illinois) i would have delivered on time as promised.
