This company is rude and unprofessional to customers and their concerns. They take no responsibility when pets are lost and play the “things happen” card when they don’t want to admit they are at fault.

We have taken our dog, Kiki, to Waggy Resort many times over the past several years. It is never easy leaving Kiki behind when we travel, but we know she will be taken care of in a warm, caring way by the Gonzalez family. Kiki becomes a part of their family and that is so reassuring when we are traveling. Waggy Resort is the best!!

My wife and I can't begin to express our thanks and gratefulness for the wonderful care our two boys received. We had to be out of town for 17 days, and we're unable to bring our Bentley and Binx with us. We did not have the heart to simply have them caged for that long. Our boys were treated like family, and we're able to socialize with other dogs and enjoy just being dogs in a family setting. Colleen kept us up-to-date on how they were doing with pictures and videos. If your dogs are a part of your family, and you need to travel, my wife and I recommend them without reservation. We will absolutely trust them with our precious guys. By the way, our dogs loved their stay.

We were in Florida house hunting and we had our puppy Molly with us.We needed someone to take care of her because we were running everyday.We called Colleen and she was very happy to care of Molly.This was the first time we have left her with anyone and we were nervous.They treated her great she hasn’t been around other dogs before.They slowly had her interact with other dogs ang sent pictures and videos everyday and she was playing with dogs and having fun. Mannie and Colleen are the best. They provide our 2 corgis
with a cage free home environment second to none. Even
though we have a back up plan if needed they're always our
first choice. Our dogs rush to their door when we drop them off.
That tells us everything we need to know.

We are the next door neighbors of Waggy Resort and we see exactly how the dogs are treated so well as if they are their own pets. Their children enjoy the dogs and love them as well. Manny and Colleen are amazing. By the way we fell in love with all the dogs also. Frank & Carol LoGrasso

Our dog had a blast at waggy resort! They updated me the whole stay and he had plenty of time interacting with the other dogs as well as 4 mile walks in the morning!

I had a conference in Fort Pierce FL and was staying at a non friendly pet hotel. I found Colleen's ad and did a meet and greet with her. From the minute my dog met her I knew he was in good hands! My dog named Boston stayed with Colleen for a long weekend. He was treated like her own and I will never take my dog anywhere else!

When we picked up the girls they were happy to see us, and it was very apparent that they had had a great time while in the care of Colleen, Mannie, and the boys. This was the first time I ever left my babies with anyone, and I was very anxious about it, but they sent me emails and photos, and video of the girls every day that I was away. Waggy Resort is just that! My babies got such loving care, and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing that they were in such good care. I highly recommend this wonderful young family Waggy Resort to anyone who especially loves their pet, and wants them to receive loving attentive care.

I had a to leave on a work trip and was panicking having to leave my baby boy somewhere. I have never put him in a kennel, and being new to the area I was freaking out that I would have to do that. Luckily I ran across Colleen's page and read through reviews, and called her the next day. I could tell by how excited she was that she was definetely a dog person, and that made me feel much more comfortable leaving him for almost a week. I dropped him off, and although he was nervous and had never been around kids within the next day Colleen was giving me great reports! He was doing great, and I felt at ease. She sent pictures and kept me up to date with what was all happening. I will be bringin Black Jack back to her and her amazing family! He came home with smiles on his face and one very very happy mommy!

I have been using Waggy Resort for some time. My pets are welcomed by the entire family and treated like queens! All three of my dogs love to stay with them. I can not imagine a better place for them to stay. In the past I have hesitated to go away-but not any more. I know my animals get the best of care with Waggy Resort.

We recently had to board our four-legged kids (puppies and kittys) for the first time and after researching for a while, we came across Waggy Resort. We were blessed with Colleen and her family. They were fantastic, loving and caring from the first moment we spoke. Their fees are very reasonable and they were also willing to extend the stay without any complications. We wouldn't hesitate to have Colleen and her family take care of them again... Thank you guys! Keep up the fantastic job!!

This is the first time our Maltipoo has ever stayed away from family in the year we have had him. Initially he was going to be with his sister in her new apartment in Jacksonville but when that didn't work out I scrambled to find a suitable location for an extended period of time that wouldn't break the bank and wouldn't cage him. The online reviews at the Waggy Resort caused me to call to speak to its owner Colleen. After a few minutes I knew that this was the place for our Bailey. He was welcomed into their home immediately and within an hour I was already receiving correspondences and photos letting me know how Bailey was doing. Being gone 17 days was an initial concern, but knowing that Bailey was in a homelike atmosphere alleviated all my worries. Bailey enjoyed playing with the other guests and loved sleeping with the boys. Today, I think he is a little lonely for the boys who looked after him and loved him. Thank you to the entire Gonzalez family!

Whenever we travel, we take our dog, Kiki, to Waggy Resort where she receives loving care. She becomes a member of their family. Colleen and her family put our minds at ease while we are away; we know Kiki is receiving the best of care.

Recently our dog Jake(rat terrier) went to the Waggy Resort. We are very happy with the loving care our dog got from Colleen and her family. Jake was allowed to relax and play outside frequently. We picked up our dogs a little while ago, and have been a customer since Colleen started the resort. Colleen and her family are so nice, it is wonderful to know your pets are being taken care of like you would while you are away, getting plenty of attention. Sasha & Fuzzybear are always so happy when we pick them up, and don't want to leave right away.... We will never take our dogs anywhere else, and HIGHLY recommend them. Your Dogs will thank you! I am a regular at Waggy Resort. It is like a second home for my dog, Skye and she loves it! You can always tell when someone LOVES what they do for their job and Colleen definitely does. The care and attention she gives to the animals at her place shows that she truly loves what she does. I was a nervous wreck the first time I had to leave my pup behind and she was so great answering calls, sending texts and lots of pics! It really eased my mind and now my dog spends at least a weekend a month there. I don't know what I'd do without her! Great place to bring your animal!
