Extremely rude and unprofessional at every step to customers. You need to make sure you get your policies quoted regularly by other companies if you do business for any extended period of time because they will leave you on an expensive policy when there cheaper ones out there.
Consumers BEWARE.... remember, their main concern here is GP (gross profit) not how they service their accounts.
