Horrible customer service!

I signed an "adjustable rate" mortgage with Capital City in 2005 for a property in Mexico Beach. After the market tanked, the property lost 75% of its value, and interest rates went almost to 0, I found out that the fine print in my contract prevented the interest rate from dropping below 6.75%. Despite two separate letters asking for an adjustment, they made no changes. This is the definition of "predatory lending".
