This location has poor service. I brought a box with a part to be returned to a company. I had the return label and barcode from the company and it was scanned in and sent on its merry way. I received it back at my house a couple days later. I went back to this Fed Ex facility again and the employee scanned it and said she could not send it because it was already scanned.
Long story short, I contacted a representative through facebook and they created a new label for me and is going to have it picked up at my house tomorrow. Kudos to Fed ex. My complaint is with this St. Lucie West facility. It's called problem solving and customer service. If you tracked the original package it shows it arrived arrived in Orlando at Fed ex and hasn't moved any further, hmmm.....All the employee could tell me was there's nothing I can do for you, the box has been scanned already. She said to get another return label from the company which we couldn't do because it showed it was in transit!
