The day after I bought a fish for my daughter it died, I called and asked if they'd replace it, they said bring it in, they could look up the receipt. I get there the guy gives me the 3rd degree, treats me like crap, like I'm running some scam to get a $5 fish. I told them they could keep their fish, I'd take my business elsewhere.

This place is super cool. I've been to every pet store in my city but this one is by far the best one. The employees are great. They made me feel welcome and helped me whenever I had a question. I'd tell my family and friends to go here if they want to feel like they are important from the moment they walk in the front door until the moment they leave.

I'd purchased a guinea pig from them, only to find him unable to move about a week after purchase. He passed away shortly after, suddenly. And a hamster I bought less than a week ago is ill. I have bought many little friends from other pet stores (PetSmart), that lived very long, happy lives after purchase. I'm thankful for the little ones I got to spend (short) time with, but I will never buy a little friend from this place ever again.

I love this store. The staff takes the time to get to know you and are always helpful. Plus the Humane Society often shows off young kitties to be adopted. If you're looking try stopping in here. The rewards program is great too!
