I was at the drive through around 12:30 pm Oct. 21, 2016 ( today) and the order taker kept laughing at me while I said "I want a trio combo with 2 boiled yucca on the side." . She kept laughing and kept asking you want ribs? I kept saying '"trio combo and jalapeño condiment on the side."
I also added that I want my senior discount but she hang up on me. I kept saying " hello, hello." Until I finally went to the pay window and requested again my senior discount and asked her for her name. She was very rude and told me she has no name as she slammed the window closed. I went inside to asked for the manager and asked for the name again. The Manager wrote MICIAH and the 866 number and she asked what I ordered. I told her again Trio Combo but I was upset and lost my appetite and left. I will never recommend Pollo Tropical to anyone. The staffs need sensitivity training and not make fun of seniors.

I was very excited when they opened in pslw .I had experienced their food in West Palm Beach and had really enjoyed the food. Very different here however,

1/4 chicken means a dried wing with a almost meatless thigh. The rice is lumpy and not hog and twice I got 3 pieces tostones for a large order. Also they were more like tostones chips. Will stop going have had same experience more than twice. There r plenty other places to go
