Diane was unable to send a simple fax to Wells Fargo. She and staff assured me the fax was “successfuly sent” and confirmed three times in separate calls that she used the correct number. I reached out to Mary Mack (yes THAT Mary Mack) and Wells Fargo staff confirmed Diane misdialed the number. Thank you Wells Fargo for staying open 28 minutes late. If there is another issue with Jefferson Title Company I will get a new one.
