Our lap top was damaged to the point I thought fixing it was hopeless. However, Rick was able to repair some broken parts and replaced the parts that were unfixable all for a very reasonable price. He even went so far as to loan us parts while ours was being ordered so we were never without our laptop. I then asked him to remove viruses and update our very old pc. It is now running better than it has in years! He returned phone calls, answered questions and provided great service. I will definitely use Rick's Computer Service again and would recommend it to anyone.

Brought a computer to Rick 3 months ago and he has not fixed or returned Computer to me...unable to contact by phone or email and no return phone call or email.will not use this service again......
