Horrible service, Horrible staff, horrible drivers. Especially the driver Jeet, if youre forced to use this service make sure you request not to have him.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY! I am so appalled by their service that I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My doctor's office called for a car to take me to the Northshore Manhasset Emergency Room (ER) to be evaluated for a potential illness. The car arrived, but the dispatcher planned another pickup in the area. When I called the dispatcher (Kenny) to explain the situation and ask that he route my car directly to the ER. He refused. He said he had no other cars and when i said I really needed to get to the ER, he told me and I quote "then you should have taken an ambulance". I begged him to do the right thing and send the car straight to the ER - keep in mind I was not feeling well - asked him several times to make an exception and he wouldn't budge. So, we picked up a family of 3 along the way so they could be dropped off at a local diner BEFORE I was driven to the ER. I am appalled at this type of service. I will never use Delux transportation again. And I have instructed my doctor's office to never use this car service again as well. The dispatchers are well-versed in the saying "that's how we service the community.", but servicing the community starts with servicing an individual. And in my case, I was not given the service that was required at the time. If you are reading this review, I encourage you not to use Delux and find an alternative; their inconsiderate and profit-thristy behavior should not be rewarded with your patronage.

You have very courteous drivers. THere is a very short wait at airport arrivals and they are always on time for pick ups at my home.

I have been a customer for over 25 years, both for business and personal. You do a nice job. Our last trip to JFK in your van was great. Driver was helpful, on time and courteous and the fan accomodated our large family with extra luggage. Thank you.

Any trip at any time. Whether it is corporate or personal travel, Delux will take you there. Great drivers with clean cars and a knowledge of the entire tri-state area. Very competitive pricing and various vehicels for all different needs. I trust them with any travel I have to do.

From the time I called to make my reservation to end of my trip there was not one thing I had to worry about. The reservationists knew exactly where I was going and what vehicle I needed. The car showed up on time and was clean inside and out and the driver knew exactly where to take me without me having to provide directions. I will be using them for any trip I take.
