Helen Keller National Center for Deaf National Center for Deaf is a provider of various rehabilitation programs of youth and adults of vision and hearing disorders. Its senior adult program provides various training in sign language, cooking and kitchen safety, orientation and mobility and communication skills and techniques. Its community services program is a collaboration and demonstration program of the Helen Keller National Center and the New York State Commission for the Blind.
