Below 1-star review was for JACO plumbing...not JIRO. My mistake and apologies.

These people had the worst service imaginable. First, I confirmed the price to the manager in-person only to get yelled at because I interrupted his time drinking with friends. Second, the prices fluctuated from $150 for the whole job, to $160 an hour. That's a huge difference. Thirdly, he only taped around the damaged pipe with duct tape - I could've done that myself!!! Lastly, he saw that there was plumbing work done previously and says, "you know I hate you right now?". If it weren't for the emergency we were facing at that point, I would never have given in to his disrespectful attitude and extremely poor 30-plus years of plumbing skills. Never again.
