So if you want your Ralph Lauren blouses damaged by dry cleaning you should use this dry cleaners. On my second of three visits to this store, the cleaners got most of the stains out of a very sheer blouse but I found the beginning of a tear in this very delicate fabric. The owner persuaded me to allow his miracle worker tailor to fix the blouse. but all he did was iron a patch. On my next and last visit, this dry cleaners added a new stain to the sleeve and removed most of the color from the metal buttons on the cuffs of this very expensive RL blouse. The owner named Ralph Lauren as the scapegoat saying I should take the blouse back to them. When I argued the point, saying the buttons should have been covered in foil, he threw me out of the store and "off his property" and told me he was calling the police. All in all I grew tired of going back to have the same stains removed, but I will consider a law suit against this irreputable establishment.
