Very good service. They towed my daughter's car & fixed it in half a day. The price I was quoted was what was charged. Very nice & friendly! I'd recommend them!

I have been taking my 2 vehicles to C & M for 3 years now since moving to Port Washington from Milwaukee. I am not sure how people can give bad reviews unless it is due to a lack of understanding on their part. Charlie has always been forthright and honest with us. Taking your vehicle to C & M is like going to the dealer without the inflated prices. Great work!

I bring both of my vehicles to Charlie and have for almost 4 years now. The folks here are wonderful, honest and the price is right. When I began bringing my vehicles here, I often got quotes from other local places and C&M was always the cheapest. They stand by their work, explain everything they do/recommend doing and have the trust of my wife and I. I would recommend C&M to everyone I know. Good people and good prices... and they have coupons as well.

Not honest!

I bought new tires from C&M and had them rotated every other oil change. My stearing was perfectally straight until they rotated them one time. I brought the problem up with Charlie, but he turned it around like it was my fault. I service two cars there, which gives him a lot of business and he still wouldn't do anything. He treated me like I was stupid. I won't go back there again. If I could rate them with no stars I would.

it was explained that the reason for the pul was called a radial tire pull and was covered under warranty but the car had several dangerous loose front end parts that needed to be fixed as well, cost did not have time or money that day and made an appointment but did not return for that appointment the two tires that were ordered for him were returned

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

WHEN QUOTED A PRICE FOR WORK DONE ON MY CAR I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE WAS A PACKAGE TO WHAT WHAT GOING TO BE DONE. WHEN I RECIEVED THE BILL IT WAS NOT THE CASE! WHEN I CALLED TO QUESTION BILL CHARLIE BEAT AROUND THE BUSH, GOT VERY LOUD, ARGUMENTATIVE AND OFFERED NO RESOLUTION. I FELT A "I'M SORRY MAYBE I DIDN'T EXPLAIN GOOD ENOUGH" OR SOME TYPE OF APPOLOGY WAS IN ORDER INSTEAD HE TURNED THINGS AROUND TO TRY AND MAKE IT MY FALT.



I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE AND I DON'T RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

we got a phone call requesting price quote on a list of service a price was given and an appointment was made , she dropped off here car car for the work, the work done on her car was done and came out to the penny of the estimate given, unfortunately just because a good amount of work is done does not mean that a discount is due, people should not assume things after the fact and should ask questions first
