Fast service. Cousin Subs have that unmistakable flavor that Cousins is famous for (the secret is the specially made mayo. Subway tastes like it came from your kitchen, made from Piggly Wiggly items.) I withhold one star because, if you call for a carry out phone order, they don't immediately refrigerate finished sandwiches that are waiting to be picked up. Sometimes, this means your order may be on an unrefrigerated counter waiting for 15-30 minutes. Sandwiches must be kept below 42 degrees to avoid food borne illnesses. I got sick once after Cousins. I now bring a cooler full of ice for the trip home when I pickup carryout from Cousins. There is nothing quite like a fresh COLD Cousins sandwich. Yum.
