I called to get a ride for my mother to get to her daughters wedding. Put on hold. Then she came back and asked what I wanted. I told her and she said we are all booked up and put me on hold again. I would just like to know who runs this business. I'd like to speak to them about handling customer service. The lady I spoke to should be immediately fired.

Used to be a great service. Now it's terrible. Dispatching is disorganized. I've watched as rides come for people who travel past my destination come and go as I wait an hour. Despite having my schedule made available to the company months in advance. The automated ride verification system will not leave a time, but expects you to call back to a line that is busy and will put you on hold. The drivers are courteous though. I am appalled that Ozaukee county would lend their name to a shady service like this. DO NOT USE.

I have been riding several times a week to therapy after a knee replacement. They have always been polite and efficient. I would never have expected a taxi service to be so affordable and convenient.

Dispatch is rude every time I call. They are short with me like my calling for a ride is a HUGE inconvenience to them! 3 out of the 4 times that I called, I couldn't get a ride. REALLY?! What is this taxi service for then?????

A great idea if the dispatch wasn't rude and most of the time you can't even get a ride! Some of the drivers are in your business, asking you all kinds of questions. They even kept my card I paid $22 for, it still had money on it. It makes you not even want to use this service if the people you talk to are bad at customer service. That what keeps your business going, the customer!

When they're good they're very good. But too often they drop the ball. Twice they've left me stranded places and I've had to call around to get a ride home. And twice they've messed up the schedule such that I've had to cancel therapy appointments. One time I called 5 min. late to cancel an unneeded ride and they charged me a $5 cancellation fee. That was okay--I incurred the fee. But when they totally snarl MY day they typically don't even apologize, much less offer me a ride for free. If you have any option other than the Shared Ride Taxi, take it.
