I love the food. The employees are awesome. People just need to rememeber this is not a subway owned by subway it is owned by Pilot so they do not offer what regular subways do.

This place is horrible the staff is lazy when I went up there it took them 30mins to get my order the manager was not helpful at all

This is not a real Subway!



I had a gift card that I was planning to use at a Subway located inside a Pilot convenience store in Port Wentworth, Ga on December 31. They said I could not use the gift card because they are owned by Pilot. Excuse me? It is a Subway, logo, trademark, everything. Just because, it's inside another business does not mean it's not a Subway anymore. People that own Subway franchises still have to follow Subway rules. I understand if forms of payment such as checks, or credit cards vary but this was a gift card! I posted on the Subway facebook wall but I have been ignored. This is absolutely ridiculous and I don't see how a Subway can get away with not accepting their own gift card!
