The beds are in disrepair, as I suspect the employees know. When I came in tonight, a male employee interrupted the female employee who was helping me and told her that she can't always put people in #9--she needed to put some people in #7 & #8. She put me in #7. What a piece of crap bed! The fan and the radio were broken. Of course, I was already naked when I discovered this, and I didn't want to put all of my clothes back on to switch beds. When I cracked the door to ask if it was broken, the male employee shrugged and said he would make a note. Yeah, right! I'm sure he knew it! Why else would he have said what he said to the girl when I arrived? I know #9 works because I was in that bed the night before! Anyway, I suffered through the session in INFERNO heat (no fan), and I let the employees know that it was a miserable experience. From the conversation that followed, it was clear that nobody there really gives a crap. An employee did acknowledge that many of the beds are broken, but she said I should have switched beds (I already explained why I didn't do this, so thanks a lot!). It is NOT CHEAP to tan here, so you would think they would care if you have a pleasant experience. I don't think customer satisfaction is a priority though--it's all about making money!
