I have not been one who feels comfortable with counseling. In fact, when I was asked many years ago to accompany a family member, I flat out refused. Over the years, though, I realized the importance of having coping mechanisms in place, including expressing your feelings in a healthy environment.

Currently, my life is high stress. In talking with Jeff Robertson, he has given me some alternatives to assist with coping through the trials as they come. He listens and takes his time when needed to assess a situation. Moreover, he does so without judgement. As a Christian, he makes it a point to let you know that he is prayerful.

In terms of accessibility, Jeff Robertson allows for phone calls at any time. If he doesn't answer, leave a message. He will review it. He works through text message, email, and FB messenger as well. Point is that he makes himself available through multiple means nearly 24/7. Therefore, he is often only a message a way.

Monetarily, I have been pleased as the sessions have all been within the limits of my insurance thus far. Therefore, Jeff Robertson truly seems "to be in it" for the good of people, not monetary gains. In this day, that is not always true of counseling sessions.

I would suggest Mr. Jeff Robertson to any person who is struggling through life's difficulties. Whether marital, professional, family, or any number of various crises, he will listen, offer a unique perspective, and make himself available to help you cope and heal.
