I had a very unpleasant experience at this location, I went in for an eye exam and ordered contacts, went to pay, was given a total, so I slid my card, then the manager who was ringing me up, told me wait and to slide it again. so I did. only put my pin in once. get home find that i have been double charged, both transactions posted, immediately. I called was told I was only charged once,. that's all they show, I emailed my bank statement, and was told to wait until morning, I did, still double charged, was told I would get a call from the manager in the morning, I did not, I had to call, and was repeatedly told they had to call corporate banking over and over, finally I call, again, and am told I can come in and get a piece of paper to take to my bank, get the funds released, never was I apologized to, received zero empathy, nothing. I don't even want to go and get my contacts when they come in.
